Art Direction & Graphic Design
TSM, acronym for Team Solo Mid, is an American esports team, founded in 2009. Since 2021, the team received a new name: TSM FTX.
 
Currently, the organization has teams and content creators in more than 10 different games. Line-up’s can be checked on the team’s website: tsm.gg/teams

First of all, we did an analysis of the team’s social media in general, so we could define the main points to focus on when developing the project. In this process, we decided to work on top of:
 
• Create a strong visual identity in the organization’s media on different social networks during the coverage of the team’s games;
 
• Align the design with current trends;
 
• Create visual hierarchy in the arts, bringing more objectivity in communication, helping fans who do not have English as their native language;
 
•  Bring the visual identity of esports closer to the lifestyle trend, as TSM has collections that are well connected with streetwear.

Moodboard

All the moodboard was inspired by lifestyle & streetwear projects, specially the sports ones as we were working with a esports team. Our focus was to be objective and precise using as little things as possible, creating something clean and direct.

We found some nice results between some minimalist aesthetics and some programming codes vibe, bringing a light and clean look, making it easier to absorb the information in a new way.
